Holder Law Office was established in 1973 by Carolyn S. Holder, commonly known as Sue Holder. Our goal is to assist members of the local community with legal issues pertaining to collections, agricultural law, business formation, real estate transactions, guardianships, probate litigation, and wills, trusts, and estate plans. A native of Benton County, Indiana, Sue Holder Price is the youngest of 5 children. Sue learned to work hard while growing up on her family’s livestock and grain farm. The family maintained a registered Angus herd and showed purebred cattle at many state and national shows.
Sue graduated from Purdue University in 1970 and Indiana University School of Law in 1973. She operates an active law practice in Tippecanoe County. In 1973, she was admitted to the Indiana Bar.
Sue is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She’s a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.

In addition to maintaining her law practice, Sue has served as president of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association. She participated on the boards of many local, not-for-profit organizations, including Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette; Art Museum of Greater Lafayette; Legal Aid Corporation of Tippecanoe County; and the United Way. Sue is an ardent supporter of Purdue University athletics.
